2. Purpose of the processing
PZ GenXcis Management Consulting Ltd. processes personal data from employees, partners, customers and suppliers for the purpose of performing business activities and fulfilling associated legal and contractual requirements.

2.1 Processing of customer, partner and supplier data
PZ GenXcis Management Consulting Ltd. collects and processes personal data provided by interested parties, customers, partners and suppliers for the purpose of creating quotations and requests as well as processing orders and fulfilling the associated contractual and legal obligations. To fulfill legal obligations, the data is also forwarded to public authorities and authorities.

2.2 Applicants
The contact details and application documents submitted in the course of an application are electronically processed for the purpose of selecting suitable candidates for an employment relationship and forwarded to our customers for the purpose of transfer or personnel placement.

In case of any cancellation, the application documents will only be kept in evidence, if you agree.

2.3 Newsletter
In order to provide our customers with regular updates regarding our company and current developments, we send an Infoletter to all our existing customers.

If you do not wish to receive the Info-letter any longer, you can object to this at any time. In order to do so, please send an informal e-mail to the sender of the Info-letter.

2.4.1 IP address
When visiting our website, information is automatically stored on the web server. From PZ GenXcis Management Consulting Ltd.'s point of view these data are pseudonymized and cannot be assigned to individuals without additional data sources.

For marketing purposes and as communication channels, PZ GenXcis Management Consulting Ltd. uses the social networks Facebook and XING.

3. Principles relating to processing of personal data
The processing of personal data is based on strict principles that view the protection and security of the data and the rights of the data subjects as the highest assets.

Lawfulness & transparency

4. Commitment to maintain data secrecy
All employees of PZ GenXcis Management Consulting Ltd. as well as the employees of the affiliates are contractually bound to data secrecy and are regularly reminded and trained on the safe handling of personal and other critical data.

Protecting the confidentiality, availability and integrity of data is an essential task of PZ GenXcis Management Consulting Ltd.. This equally applies to company secrets, customer data, personal data and other critical information.
For this purpose, technical and organizational security measures according to the state of the art and internationally recognized best practices as well as security standards are established and continuously improved.

6. Data Protection Officer
PZ GenXcis Management Consulting Ltd. is not in the need to appoint a data protection officer as Article 37 (1) of the EU GDPR is not applicable.
In accordance to the importance of data protection, PZ GenXcis Management Consulting Ltd. has decided to appoint a data protection officer on a voluntary basis. Serving as a point of contact to the data subjects and the data protection authority, the data protection officer takes care of the data protection issues in the corporation.

As part of the group-wide handling of processing activities, an exchange of personal data takes place between the individual affiliates of the PZ GenXcis Management Consulting Ltd. Group. This data exchange is regulated by joint processing agreements as well as data processing agreements.
